Paillard Bolex Tripod H All Aluminium With Pan’n’Tilt Head For Flat & Round Base Cameras
This later model, constructed entirely of aluminium, was introduced in 1959.
Includes a quick release disc, similar to those found on the Declic H hand-grip, which is pre-attached to the camera.
The Pan and tilt is adjusted with a handle, while separate knobs allow movement of each to be locked. The handle can accommodate a cable release in a hole through its centre.
The head contains a built-in spirit level and allows 360 degree panning and 135 degree tilt, with an engraved degree scale.
Includes double height extension legs with an extended height of 61″ (155cm) and 37″ (94cm) when retracted.
Weighs approximately 4kg.
All controls are working. The legs extend fully, all locking knobs and handles work.
Everything present including rubber screw adjustable feet for hard floors which cover the outdoor spikes. The rubbers have age related cracks but are still firm and able to be used when necessary.
Good overall condition. Fully working with minor marks from use.
